National Law amendments

Tranche 2 National Law Amendments are reforms that are focused on furthering public safety and public confidence in the registered health profession. The amendments are a combined approach of Health Ministers supported by Ahpra and corresponded with key release phases of the communications and engagement strategy using the time frames specified of the media release on passage, with key messages plus details on changes taking effect on assent to correspond with media releases.
